Although Saturday was a tough day all around... I decided to go for a run instead of turning to food.... PROGRESS! Baby steps. It was an amazing run. I felt strong & finished each interval with a few extra steps.
Here are my stats:
May 26 - Week 1 Day 2 - 26:54 - 2.42km - 225cal - run pace 8:09/km - walk pace 12:33/km
The last two days I didn't get any exercise in & I am definitely feeling sluggish for it. Tonight I will either run or cross train.
